Named after Scottish poet Robert Burns, the hotel was built back in the 1860s on Melbourne’s iconic Smith St. In the 1980s, Urbano Gutierrez took over and introduced the Spanish flavours of his homeland. More than 30 years later, Robbie’s is still dishing up the best authentic Spanish cuisine in the city.
